LinXar Labs is an AI automation studio owned and operated by Linus Kexordzu, based in Accra, Ghana. We build AI workflow automation systems, AI chatbots, and web platforms for small and medium businesses.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information you share with us when you use our website at linxarlabs.com, submit a contact form, or book a discovery call.

We collect only the information you choose to give us. We do not track you across the internet, run advertising pixels, or sell data.

Information you give us directly:

We collect your contact information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if there is a fit, to arrange a discovery call or project engagement. We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly asked to hear from us.

Your contact form submissions are received via our website and delivered to our email inbox. We do not store form submissions in a separate database beyond what your email provider retains.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data as part of delivering our service:

• ✓Vercel — Our website hosting provider. Your IP address and page visit data passes through Vercel's infrastructure. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
• ✓cal.com — Our booking tool. If you book a discovery call, cal.com processes your name, email, and calendar availability. cal.com/privacy
• ✓Your email provider — When you send us an email, your email provider handles that communication.

We do not use Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, or any CRM that stores your contact details in a marketing database. We do not share your information with third parties for any commercial purpose.

We keep the information you share with us for as long as it is relevant to a potential or ongoing business relationship. Specifically:

• ✓If you contact us and we do not proceed to a project: we retain your email correspondence for up to 12 months, then delete it
• ✓If we complete a project together: we retain project-related communications for up to 3 years for business record-keeping purposes
• ✓If you ask us to delete your information at any time: we will do so within 30 days

Our website may use essential cookies — small files that help the site function correctly. We do not use cookies to track you for advertising purposes or to build a profile of your browsing behaviour. If we add any analytics tool that uses cookies in the future, we will update this policy and add a cookie notice to the site.
